We have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our well-renowned Residential Nursing home, located in Romsey town centre. Our client has day and night shifts available in their bright, modern, purpose-built 46-bed Residential Nursing home in the heart of Romsey, Hampshire.
About the role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for caring for residents as part of a small nursing and care team, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. You will oversee the day-to-day care of residents within one of their three small nurse-led units.
You should be highly skilled and passionate about providing care aligned with individual care plans, demonstrating best clinical practices while offering leadership and guidance to the care team. You will manage residents’ routine medications and respond appropriately to emergencies.
Registered Nurses are supported by experienced Unit Managers, the Clinical Lead, and the Home Manager. They benefit from regular supervision and training updates. Candidates must have a proven track record, evidence of NMC Revalidation, and hold a relevant Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification.
