This role involves diverse responsibilities between front of house and administrative tasks, requiring you to be proactive and efficient to ensure smooth daily operations.

We are seeking a professional and smart individual to join our Mitie team in partnership with Network Rail!

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 0800-1700
Salary: £26,280
Day-to-day duties include:
* Signing in visitors, issuing health and safety briefs, answering and resolving telephone queries, and booking meeting rooms for clients as needed.
* Managing administrative tasks such as monthly visitor figures, no-show reports, stock takes of audio-visual equipment, producing the Signature Network Rail newsletter, internal audits, and staff passes reports.
* Responding to the Reception Inbox promptly.
* Managing the Condeco account, troubleshooting, and supporting the launch of Condeco at new sites, if applicable.
* Providing travel support, including site relieves (full license preferred but not essential).
* Reviewing security checklists and logging faults for maintenance.
* Ensuring all health and safety posters and leaflets are current.
* Representing the team for engagement activities.
* Maintaining health and safety folders under the guidance of the regional front of house manager.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Handling planned and reactive works as required.
* Presenting weekly building inductions and welcoming new starters, ensuring they are aware of safety and security standards.
* Updating tenants on ongoing or planned works via email.
