Are you a confident and experienced social worker ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join a dedicated team, committed to delivering effective social care and supporting the Children’s Trust on its journey of improvement.


This role offers a yearly salary of £46,164 - £48,253, a generous benefits package, and the opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and always puts children, young people and families first.

Responsibilities:

* Delivering high quality social care through confident analysis and decision making.
* Supervising and managing performance to ensure the highest standards of practice.
* Managing a complex and diverse caseload.
