About the role

As an Analyst, you'll tackle exciting challenges such as optimizing product pricing to minimize waste, forecasting supply needs for peak times, or presenting insights on big data analytics. Your work will be based on data-driven insights, collaboration with colleagues, and partnerships with suppliers, leading to tangible improvements for customers and the business.
Responsibilities
* Develop a deep understanding of the retail industry, supply chain, and store operations.
* Use data and business knowledge to generate insights, identify root causes, and craft solutions.
* Accurately report data and provide contextual analysis and narratives.
* Communicate insights clearly, adapting your style to engage stakeholders effectively.
* Lead projects, build engagement, influence partners, and deliver change.
* Assess costs and benefits, recommending adjustments as needed.
* Maintain and develop insight reports to monitor business performance and identify improvement areas.
Requirements
* Strong business acumen and a drive to improve operations.
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Ability to simplify complex issues and implement practical solutions.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Innovative mindset with pragmatic problem-solving skills.
* Programming skills in SQL and Python; quick learner with limited initial SQL knowledge.
