We’re looking for an Account Manager to join SANDBOX, working at the heart of our studio to deliver strategic creative, digital and design solutions for our clients.
Operating as the glue between our clients and studio teams, you’ll be the main point of contact across multiple projects - ensuring work is delivered seamlessly, on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. You’ll be equally comfortable managing the finer details of delivery as you are holding the bigger picture of client needs, business objectives and account growth.
This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, proactive thinking and clear communication, and who wants to grow with the agency.
The Role:
You’ll run and support projects smoothly throughout the full project lifecycle, working across disciplines to bring the right people together at the right time. You’ll translate client briefs into inspiring, well-considered project plans and help deliver work that is strategically sound, creatively ambitious and commercially effective.
Your role is underpinned by four key principles:
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main day-to-day client contact, managing all communications from brief to completion
* Deliver creative, digital and design projects to brief, budget and timeline
* Build and manage project teams, bringing the right disciplines into each phase
* Take verbal and written briefs and turn them into clear proposals, estimates and timelines
* Support proposals, pitching and new business opportunities
* Accurately scope and estimate projects, with a strong understanding of delivery timings
* Manage client expectations around outcomes, prioritiesand deadlines
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all work
* Be proactive in researching client businesses, industries and competitors
* Identify opportunities to grow accounts while managing work in progress
* Actively suggest ideas and solutions that add value for clients and strengthenrelationships
* Be an ambassador for the brands you work on, sharing knowledge across the studio
* Collaborate closely with creative, digital and design teams to support the best possible output
* Stay up to date with design trends, styles and techniques to confidently discuss work with clients
* Continually develop your industry knowledge across disciplines
* Be curious and proactive in learning through reading, podcasts, events and experimentation
* Embrace constructive feedback and use it as a tool for growth
* Support Directors and Heads of Department in driving the agency forward - creatively, culturally and operationally
Experience & Skills, Must-haves:
* Proven integrated account/project management experience across brand, marketing and digital
* Confidence managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
* Proficient with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
* Comfortable working with AI tools and open to using AI within processes
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
