English Tutor – Secondary School (GCSE Support)

£100 – £150 per day (depending on experience)

We are looking for a dedicated English Tutor to support GCSE students at a Secondary School in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to young people as they prepare for their exams.
The Role:
* Deliver targeted English tuition to small groups and individual students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
* Support pupils in preparing for their GCSE English Language and Literature exams.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
* Work closely with school staff to track progress and ensure students achieve their potential.
Requirements:
* A degree in English or a related subject (QTS desirable but not essential).
* Experience tutoring or teaching English at secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE curriculum.
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and engage learners.
