Paralegal – Halton Borough Council Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Paralegal Main duties: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Commercial Property Paralegal to join our team in Halton. This role is well-suited to someone with experience in property transactions who can manage a busy caseload and support solicitors with a variety of property-related matters. Requirements * Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion * Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licences, and contracts. * Supporting with enquiries, searches, and title reviews. * Preparing reports and maintaining accurate files and case management systems. * Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and internal stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with relevant property law and regulatory requirements
