Contract & Hours

Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

What the role involves:

Customer Experience & Service Delivery

1. Deliver a world‑class customer journey, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, polished, and aligned with Signature's high standards.
2. Act as a Signature brand ambassador, embodying warmth, professionalism, and service consistency.
3. Respond promptly and effectively to all requests, keeping customers informed throughout.
4. Maintain an approachable, proactive, and guest‑focused manner at all times.

Workplace Operations & Facilities

5. Conduct routine inspections to ensure workspaces are safe, clean, and functioning to a high standard.
6. Monitor stationery hubs, tea points, and meeting rooms, ensuring replenishment and presentation excellence.
7. Prepare and maintain meeting, conferencing, and event spaces, including AV and hospitality elements.

Meeting Room & Event Coordination

8. Allocate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination across the workplace.
9. Support events ranging from senior management meetings to group‑wide engagements.
10. Provide operational support including IT setup and catering coordination.

Systems & Administrative Support

11. Register and manage all visitor entries using the building's visitor management system.
12. Provide basic IT support and attend training sessions to remain informed on Signature and workplace offerings.
13. Uphold professional communication standards across telephone, email, and digital channels.

Team Collaboration & Communication

14. Work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager to coordinate contractor activity and minimise disruption.
15. Support the mailroom with internal and external deliveries as required.
16. Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand and anticipate unique needs.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

17. Gather customer feedback, help implement improvements, and support Signature's real‑time feedback culture.
18. Uphold workplace policies and participate in audits.
19. Recommend ideas and innovations that elevate the workplace experience and align with Signature's ethos of continuous enhancement.

Flexibility & Additional Duties

20. Provide cover for colleagues during breaks, absences, or operational peaks.
21. Support out‑of‑hours requests when required.
22. Maintain confidentiality and integrity across all activities.

About You

Be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including VIPs

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic business administration systems

Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
