The team
Comprised of specialised account handlers and medical writers, all with science degrees, the team manages a variety of projects to support pharmaceutical companies in communicating scientific data to internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals and patients.
The role
We are seeking an Account Manager to work on a large account supporting a variety of projects for a global pharmaceutical company.
Primary Responsibilities Include
Manage multi-faceted projects to deadline, with scrupulous tracking of project status.
Route materials through the client's review processes.
Liaise with designers to ensure optimal layout of scientific posters, graphical abstracts and materials for events.
Provide quality control of materials including scientific publications and slide decks.
Assist with the development and tracking of project budgets.
About You
Previous experience in medical communications account management, particularly within a communications agency.
Biological science degree
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and interpersonal skills
Available to work full-time
Able to commute to the office
