Now expanding our expert team, we're looking for skilled Passive Fire Protection Operatives who take pride in precision, safety, and quality workmanship.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our field team, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining passive fire protection systems to the highest industry standards, including:
* Installing fire stopping systems: fire batts, mastics, intumescent wraps, collars, pipe sleeves
* Fitting cavity barriers and fire barriers in walls, floors, and ceilings
* Supporting fire door remediation (seals, gaps, hardware — experience a bonus)
* Working from specifications, RAMS, method statements, and manufacturer guidelines
* Completing digital checklists, QA reports, and site documentation
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site presence at all times
You'll work across the UK — from London to Scotland — with all travel, fuel, and accommodation expenses covered.
What We're Looking For
* Proven hands-on experience in passive fire protection and fire stopping
* NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or working towards it) — desirable
* FIRAS, BM TRADA, BWF, or 3rd-party certification — preferred but not essential
* Valid CSCS Card (Labourer or Skilled Worker) — mandatory
* Full UK Driving Licence + willingness to travel nationally (Mon-Fri, home weekends)
* Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and pride in your work
* Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
* Comfortable using smartphones/tablets for digital reporting
