A nurturing primary special educational needs school in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. The school supports pupils aged 4-11 with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small-group support across the curriculum
Support pupils with emotional regulation and sensory needs
Assist with personalised learning plans and EHCP targets
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCO
Ideal Candidate:
Patient, reliable, and proactive
Previous SEN or care experience desirable (not essential)
Confident supporting children with additional needs
