We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Fuel Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Kingstown, Carlisle. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about developing, growing and maximising sales of fuel and lubricant products to existing customers and prospects.
The successful individual will enjoy serving and supporting the Rural and Agricultural industry, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and standards are achieved.

Job Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality customer service for both inbound and outbound telesales, resolving issues on first contact.
* Proactively contact past, current and potential customers to convert calls into sales.
* Manage daily administrative tasks including order processing, quotations and query resolution.
* Analyse sales data to meet or exceed performance targets.
* Liaise with Fuels planner and drivers to ensure timely and accurate fuel deliveries, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
* Work with the finance team to resolve account queries and support credit applications.
* Adhere to company and group policies and procedures, including those relating to Safety, Health and Environment.
* Ensure all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice are adhered to in respect of ongoing compliance.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in customer service and communication.
* Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
* Proactive problem solving.
* Attention to detail and accuracy (order processing, compliance).
* Numerical and financial awareness.
* Confidence in handling calls from prospecting to closing.
* Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
* Time‑management and organisational skills.
* Strong understanding of the sales process and product benefits.
* Resilience and persistence in sales, especially in outbound prospecting through spring and summer.
* Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales and service.
* Ability to maintain long‑term customer relationships. Customer retention is important.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Knowledge of the fuel distribution process and fuel industry standards.
