Job Title: Learning Support Assistant Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £90 - £100 Per day Job Description Job Duties: Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities Assist in the implementation of individual education plans Support teachers in delivering inclusive lessons Help students with tasks and activities in the classroom Monitor and record student progress Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals Required Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths Relevant experience in a similar role Knowledge of special educational needs and disabilities Education: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable) Experience: Experience working with children with additional needs Experience in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Ability to work well in a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and empathy towards students Preferred Qualifications: Teaching Assistant qualification First Aid certification Working Conditions: Working hours: Full-Time Contract-based role Supportive and inclusive work environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
