We’re hiring Full Stack Java/React Developers to join a mission-led consultancy delivering modern software solutions to clients in the UK Government and Defence sector. What Youll Be Doing
* Join a small, high-performing delivery team, using agile and DevOps approaches to build innovative solutions across the full stack.
* Design, develop, and test secure software systems using Java and React.
* Build scalable APIs and data pipelines using modern architecture principles.
* Leverage open-source libraries, GitLab CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code.
* Deploy to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and private cloud).
* Contribute across the full development lifecycle from requirements to delivery and beyond.

* Ideal Experience – Strong experience in Java and React (or other modern frontend frameworks).

* Confident collaborating with internal stakeholders and external clients.
