With a culture rooted in innovation, customer obsession, and commercial excellence, we’re now looking for a commercially driven and operationally skilled B2B/Wholesale Manager to join us in delivering our next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a proactive and strategic B2B/Wholesale Manager to manage the day-to-day operations and growth of Abbott Lyon’s wholesale accounts. Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with wholesale partners, delivering seamless operational execution, and optimising commercial outcomes.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, has a sharp commercial acumen, and understands the operational demands of growing B2B partnerships in a fast-paced, product-led business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Wholesale Account Management: Oversee the daily management of wholesale accounts, ensuring smooth, timely communication and exceptional partner support.
* Range Curation & Newness: Partner with wholesale clients to align on range planning and new product launches, ensuring timely integration of NPD into each account.
* End-to-End Order Cycle: Own the full critical path for wholesale orders—from agreement of product selection through to planning, fulfilment, and delivery.
* Internal Coordination: Work closely with Abbott Lyon’s merch/planning teams to align order volumes, timelines, and forecasting needs.
* 3PL & Fulfilment Oversight: Manage and liaise with our third-party logistics partner to ensure accurate, on-time dispatch and delivery of all wholesale orders.
* Brand Compliance: Ensure all wholesale accounts uphold Abbott Lyon’s brand standards and product requirements.
* Commercial Support: Support accounts with offer optimisation and range performance to drive mutual growth.
* Margin Management: Work with the Head of Wholesale to continually optimise margins and commercial terms with existing wholesale partners.
* Onboarding New Partners: Lead the operational onboarding of new accounts, including providing supplier-specific product specs, ESG documentation, and any custom labelling/packaging requirements.
* Forecasting & Planning: Support the ops team with detailed forecasting to ensure readiness for each order cycle, including labelling and compliance needs.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: 3+ years experience in a B2B/wholesale role, ideally within a D2C or retail brand environment.
* Operational Mindset: Strong understanding of order critical paths, fulfilment operations, and the nuances of working with multiple wholesale partners.
* Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify and act on margin and performance opportunities within wholesale accounts.
* Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across stakeholders.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to managing and growing B2B relationships.
* Detail Oriented: Highly organised with a clear focus on accuracy, timeliness, and brand consistency.
* Collaborative: A natural collaborator across functions—especially ops, planning, and product teams.
