Job Description
1. Attend project start up meetings.
2. Become familiar with all details and specifications of the project.
3. Collate and manage technical submittals ensuring they are issued and followed through until approval.
4. Raise and manage RFI’s.
5. Manage labour tracker.
6. Maintain Progress Report weekly, reporting and managing any changes/variations.
7. Liaise with main contractors and the client-based site team.
8. Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
9. Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project.
