Job Description Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship Deputy Nurse Manager – £50,000| Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join their management team at a luxury care home offering person centred residential, nursing, and dementia care for older adults. With a strong commitment to dignity, safety, and individualised support, the service provides a warm and welcoming environment where clinical standards are as important as kindness and connection. As Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a clinical team, monitor care delivery, and help maintain a safe, person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for. Please note: due to the location of the service, candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
