RG Consultancy is working closely with a reputable company based in Central Manchester, who are looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team.

Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining the sales ledger
* Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email, and written communication
* Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts
* Investigating and resolving invoice queries
* Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments
* Producing aged debt reports and assisting with month-end reporting
* Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
* Previous experience in a credit control role
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
* Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential)
* Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software
