Phase Leader – School Vacancy
Woodthorpe Primary School is looking to appoint an inspirational teacher with a proven track record of outstanding practice to the role of Phase Leader.
Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and management of the school’s Key Stage curriculum.
* Deliver high‑quality exemplar teaching and effective use of resources.
* Work to improve learning standards and achievement for all pupils.
* Contribute to whole‑school self‑evaluation and school improvement planning.
* Carry out duties as a classroom teacher.
* Mentor and develop staff within the phase, offering guidance and support to teaching staff.
* Model excellent teaching and learning, showcasing up‑to‑date knowledge of current theory and practice.
* Participate in strategic decision‑making and help shape the school’s vision for the future.
