PPA Teacher Opportunity – Primary School in Lytham, Lancashire (FY8) The opportunity has arisen at a Primary School in Lytham (FY8) for a full time PPA Teacher. The role is to start as soon as all the necessary vetting checks have been completed for the successful applicant and will run for the remainder of the academic year. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to a staffing restructure. The Head Teacher is looking for a dedicated Teacher who will become an integral part of the schools staffing team. The successful teacher will work from a timetable and will cover across each class throughout the week. The ideal Teacher will be confident when teaching in different year groups, be able to offer detailed feedback to partner teachers and always display strong behaviour management. The successful Teacher will teach a range of subjects and will be expected to make lessons interactive for all students whilst maintaining a calm classroom environment. This would be the perfect role for an experienced Teacher who is looking to move away from a full class Teacher role. Strong behaviour management is essential for this post. To be considered, you will: Have recent experience Teaching across year groups. Have strong curriculum knowledge and be confident teaching across key stages at short notice. Be able to work from Teacher plans as well as planning varied lessons from the relevant curriculum. Work as a dedicated support for Teachers across the school whilst encouraging learning continually for the children in your care.
