Working within a franchise-approved car dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a Niche Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service. Benefits within this Car Sales Executive role include: Starting basic salary of £22,500 per annum Access to performance-related commission providing uncapped on-target earnings of £40,000 per annum. Personal company car. 31 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it) with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service. Holiday pay based on a 12-month average of wages. Company pension and various staff benefits. Duties as a Car Sales Executive will include but are not limited to: Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives Meeting Car Sales Targets Advising on and upselling on finance, insurance and accessories. For your hard work as a Car Sales Executive for our client you can expect to earn an OTE of £40,000 per annum. Our Client is ideally seeking Car Sales Executives who have a previous working experience within a Main Dealer Environment.
