Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to work closely with the Founder in defining and executing the company’s long-term strategic roadmap.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader with experience in energy, infrastructure, investment, private markets or corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine group strategy, growth roadmap and market entry plans
* Identify partnerships, acquisitions, investment opportunities and strategic alliances
* Support fundraising readiness, investor materials and capital strategy
* Build commercial frameworks for new ventures and operating companies
* Conduct market analysis across energy, infrastructure and emerging markets
* Work directly with Founder on executive priorities and long-term expansion plans
Ideal Background
* Senior strategy, corporate development, investment banking, consulting or executive leadership experience
* Exposure to energy, infrastructure, renewables, mining, utilities or industrial sectors preferred
* Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build in ambiguity
* Experience scaling businesses or advising founders highly valued
Compensation
Competitive package based on structure and experience.
