Electrician Multi Skilled
Salary £42,636 per year plus matching pension contributions and up to 34 days leave
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday plus on call
Covering Northampton, Milton Keynes and Peterborough

What you’ll do
1. Carry out electrical repairs, installations and testing across our homes
2. Deliver high-quality work that meets compliance and safety standards
3. Use your multi-skilled approach to complete whole jobs first time
4. Record job details in real time using mobile technology
5. Take pride in helping customers feel safe and supported

You have
6. NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent
7. 18th Edition IET wiring regulations and Inspection & Testing 2391
8. Strong fault-finding skills and a whole-job repair mindset
9. Experience in housing maintenance and multi-skilled repairs
10. A full UK driving licence and confidence using mobile technology

The practical bits
11. You’ll work Monday to Friday
12. We work between the hours of 08:30 am to 16:30 pm
13. Covering a patch across Northampton, Milton Keynes and Peterborough. Ideally you'll live in Northampton.
14. You’ll get a van for business use
15. You need a basic DBS and health check which we pay for
