At times, they may also exhibit challenging behaviour.However, they are so much more than these characteristics - they have a great sense of humour and a passion for getting out and about, whether that's browsing their favourite shops or enjoying a day out in town.To support them in exploring their local community, we're looking for someone who's local to Aylsham and can drive them to their favourite destinations. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.As their support worker, you'll play a vital role in enriching their life by facilitating trips out, sharing activities, and providing empathetic support that acknowledges and respects their individual needs.Your experience and understanding will help empower this individual to live their life to the fullest, making the most of their interests and hobbies.
