Fawkes & Reece are working with a well-established main contractor specialising in reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects, delivering high-quality student accommodation developments and large-scale residential apartment schemes across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role Reporting to the Contracts/Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the coordination of all project disciplines, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key role requiring strong RC frame experience and a solid understanding of large residential builds.
