Environmental Manager
Location: Home-based with occasional travel to Southampton Salary: circa £50,000 with Excellent Benefits + Travel Expensed

If yes, this role could be for you. We've been engaged by one of the UK's leading waste management organisations to recruit an Environmental Manager. The role will be overseeing various environmental initiatives with local authorities across their site in Southampton.
Responsibilities of the Environmental Manager will include:
* Ensure full compliance with environmental legislation
* Maintain the site Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensure continued ISO14001 certification
* Monitor and manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions, reporting progress towards their Net Zero and sustainability goals
* Liaise with the Environment Agency and being the main point of contact for key stakeholders
The successful Environmental Manager will have:
