The Role
As our new Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of our international events. Working closely with suppliers, venues, and attendees, you'll ensure every logistical detail is flawless and that every customer interaction reflects our premium service standards.
You'll be confident on the phone, calm under pressure, and eager to travel the world as part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate all event logistics, including supplier bookings (AV, entertainment, décor, print/signage), delegate flights and transfers, menus, accommodation.
· Deliver exceptional customer service - primarily via phone - acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact.
· Proactively anticipate and solve problems before they escalate.
· Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects aligned with timelines and standards.
· Represent BOND Events on-site at locations around the world.
What We're Looking For
· Experience in event logistics and/or customer service is highly desirable.
· Experience using CRM software advantageous.
· Exceptionally organised with strong prioritisation skills and sharp attention to detail.
· Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused - no task is too small when it comes to delivering a seamless experience.
· Confident, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships over the phone.
· A creative thinker who thrives under pressure and loves a challenge.
· Flexible with working hours - this role spans multiple time zones, including the UK, Middle East, and US. It's not a standard 9–5.
· Willing to travel - must be UK-based, able and excited to attend every event. View our upcoming schedule at
· Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
