Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60,000 – £70,000+)

The Opportunity
We are growing our London team and looking for a motivated, dynamic, and goal-driven
Recruitment Consultant to focus on our Business Office Services division. This includes delivering temporary and permanent staffing across:
* Business Support - Commercial & Administration
* Facilities
* Finance
You’ll join a supportive, performing London team with a strong track record and access to best-in-class tools and training.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Grow your client base through business development, networking, and client visits
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief to placement
* Actively source, screen, and match candidates using CRM, job boards, and social media
* Provide market insight and consultative advice to clients and candidates
* Create engaging job adverts and social media posts to attract top talent
* Handle contract management including negotiation of fees and pay rates
* Own and manage a portfolio of roles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
✅ Confident, outgoing, and able to lead your market with credibility
✅ Strong time-management, organisational, and customer service skills
✅ Proven record of hitting/exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment
