This specialist setting supports children and young people aged 11 to 19, many of whom haveplex learning needs, autism, physical disabilities, sensory needs, or additionalmunication requirements.About the RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant in this Walsall specialist environment, you will:
1. Support pupils aged 11–19 withplex learning needs, ASD, PMLD, SLD, sensory needs, andmunication difficulties
2. Work closely with teachers and therapy teams to deliver personalised learning programmes
3. Assist with structured routines, sensory regulation activities, mobility support, andmunication strategies
4. Provide reassurance, consistency, and patience to help young people feel safe and supported
5. Offer personal care where required (full training provided)

6. Have proven SEN experience in a special school, PRU, or specialist provision
7. Are confident supporting older pupils and young adults with a wide range of additional needs
