Cover Supervisor – Hinckley and Surrounding Areas
Daily Rate: £100–£110 (based on experience)
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire and nearby villages

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the classroom? GSL Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Hinckley and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for graduates or individuals looking to build classroom experience before entering the teaching profession.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of classes during teacher absences, delivering set lesson plans and ensuring that students remain focused and engaged in their learning. You’ll provide vital continuity for pupils while gaining valuable experience in classroom management and school life.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Hold a degree in a curriculum-based subject (or equivalent qualification).
* Are confident, adaptable, and enthusiastic about working with young people.
* Have strong communication and behaviour management skills.
* Can work effectively across a range of subjects and year groups.
* Ideally drive, as schools may be located in rural areas around Hinckley.
* Hold a DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply and cover the cost of one through GSL Education.
