We’re currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team. Ideally, you’ll be based in commuting distance to Portsmouth, and there is the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.
🔧 Role & Responsibilities:
🛠️ Deliver civil engineering design solutions for a wide variety of infrastructure and construction projects.
📐 Produce technical reports, drawings, and calculations to meet client requirements and project specifications.
📊 Support the timely delivery of projects within budget and to a high standard of quality.
🏗️ Attend site visits, undertake condition surveys, and support feasibility assessments.
📢 Liaise with multi-disciplinary colleagues and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
🎓 Provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
✅ Experience & Qualifications:
* HNC/D or BEng in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* 4+ years’ experience in civil engineering design.
* Proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar.
* Experience with infrastructure or reinforced concrete design projects is considered.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Must have full right to work in the UK and be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) – not essential to start.
