We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Aylesbury, which is easily accessible via public transport.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:
* Supply prescriptions, deliver NHS and Private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
* Participate in our charities support program, advising people at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
* Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
* Use planning systems to ensure pharmacy staff availability to meet customer needs.
What we are looking for in a Pharmacy Manager:
* Pharmacy Degree.
* Passion for leading and empowering a team.
* Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – assistance provided upon offer.
* Completion of a DBS check (organized by us) before employment.
