Family Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
1. Assisting fee earners with a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes
\n\t
2. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms
\n\t
3. Managing files from inception to conclusion under supervision
\n\t
4. Conducting legal research and preparing bundles for court hearings
\n\t
5. Liaising with clients, counsel, courts, and other professionals in a professional and empathetic manner
