Job Description

You'll take ownership of internal communication campaigns for major clients, including:

3. Leading the delivery of multi-channel employee communication campaigns (digital, video, email, intranet, toolkits, presentations)
4. Translating complex client needs into clear, inspiring creative briefs
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, often across global stakeholders and tight deadlines
6. Working closely with creatives, designers, writers, and strategists to deliver high-quality output
7. Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
8. Managing project budgets, timelines, and delivery plans
9. Ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality, tone, and accuracy

No two projects are the same from urgent change communications to large-scale global employee campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone with experience in agency, internal communications, or corporate communications environments, who thrives in fast-paced, client-focused delivery roles.You may come from:

10. Creative or communications agencies (Account Manager / Senior Account Executive)
11. Internal communications teams (Communications / Employee Engagement Manager)
12. Corporate communications or change communications roles
13. Marketing or campaign delivery roles with strong client management exposure
14. Proven Experience: You will likely have a background in marketing, internal communications, or corporate communications, ideally gained within a large, fast-paced organisation, a leading professional services firm (such as a Big 4), or a communications consultancy.
15. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
16. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
17. A proactive and collaborative approach to working with teams and stakeholders.
