We are working with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional financial services firm entering an exciting phase of expansion across the South East and London.
As part of this growth, a newly created Business Development Manager role has been established within the firms central Growth team.
This is a rare opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Growth Officer, to drive new client acquisition and play a key role in scaling the business.
This is not a traditional BD role it offers genuine scope to influence strategy, build long-term client relationships and contribute directly to the firms ambitious growth journey.
The Role Working as part of a dedicated Growth function, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across targeted sectors.
Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing lead generation strategies in collaboration with marketing Identifying and engaging prospective clients across key markets Building and nurturing relationships with clients, introducers and industry contacts Working closely with Partners to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships Supporting the sales process with insight, materials and coordination Managing and maintaining a structured pipeline through CRM systems Aligning outreach activity with wider marketing campaigns Achieving and exceeding agreed business development targets About You We are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused individual who thrives in a growth environment. xxuwjjq
