Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing highways projects across multiple sites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This includes:
1. Supervising site activities and workforce.
2. Monitoringpliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
4. Reporting progress and resolving on-site issues promptly.
5. Ensuring adherence to project specifications and client requirements.
This role involves regular travel to different sites, so flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in highways or civil engineering projects.
7. Strong knowledge of health and safety standards (CSCS card required).
8. SSSTS Required.
9. Excellentmunication and leadership skills.
10. Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise tasks effectively.
11. Full, clean UK driving licence.
