Administration Assistant / Receptionist required to provide admin support for the Oxford Hand Therapy Unit and Physiotherapy Department. The Hand Therapy Unit is based across two sites (Nuffield Orthopeadic Centre and John Radcliffe Hospital). This post is for hours spread over five afternoons (Monday to Friday) at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our established administrative team.
The ideal candidate will need to have had previous admin experience in a similar admin or reception based role, as well as a good level of experience with IT and Microsoft applications (word, excel, outlook). Full training is provided and we welcome applications from candidates without commercial experience in this area.
Main duties of the job
To assist in providing comprehensive reception duties in the Oxford Hand Therapy Unit, Physiotherapy department, Hydrotherapy, Plaster room and Pain rehabilitation services.
