Description RESORT: Thurnham Hall LOCATION: Thurnham, LA2 0DT HOURS: 24 per week SALARY: £12.58 - £12.80 per hour Thurnham Hall is a world-class resort and we are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Night/Twilight Receptionist. As part of the industry leader in holiday ownership, you will have access to a range of benefits, including use of the leisure club, perks at work membership, and discounted stays at other resorts. Shift hours between 6.00pm and 2.00am. 3 days on and 3 days off. Pay rates will differ. Before 11pm - £12.58 p/h. After 11.00pm - £12.80 p/h. Position will also require 5 weeks p/a of full night shifts to cover holidays. Job Responsibilities: Check in late arrivals and ensure a flawless experience for our guests Respond efficiently and professionally to guest queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard Assist and support the Receptionist / Duty Manager Provide world-class customer service throughout the guests' stay, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations Perform night audit procedures and handle cash payments and float, strictly adhering to company standards Other ad hoc duties as required Skills and Experience Required to Fulfil the Role Include: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and pay exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software applications Demonstrating enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a courteous telephone etiquette.
