The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Talent & Events Manager to work closely with the company founder/Chairman. This is a broad, hands-on role where the Talent & Events Manager will manage every detail of artist bookings and live performances, ensuring flawless delivery for some of the most high-profile events in the world.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating and managing artist bookings, contracts, riders, and invoices
* Acting as a key point of contact for artists, clients, and event organisers
* Planning and delivering live performances end-to-end
* Overseeing logistics including travel, accommodation, scheduling, and hospitality
* Managing budgets, client requests, and production requirements
* Being present on-site to oversee talent, event delivery, and client satisfaction
* Staying ahead of music industry trends and contributing to the ongoing growth of the business
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the Talent & Events Manager role will already be working in a talent management, music touring, or luxury events role, with proven experience in booking and managing high-profile artists. A background in event or concert production will be a strong advantage, as will the ability to remain calm under pressure in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
Key skills and attributes include:
* Experience in talent booking, contracts, and live show logistics
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with artists and clients
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across international time zones
* Comfortable working in a luxury environment with complete discretion and professionalism
* Flexible approach to working hours (many events fall on evenings/weekends)
* Willingness to travel to Europe when required
* Experience working in a small, fast-moving, founder-led business preferred
