Project Controls Analyst
Location: Newcastle Upon-Tyne
Hybrid Working: Please note - This role will require you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office 3 days per week.

As a Project Controls Service Analyst, you will:
3. Support successful delivery as part of the project management office for large scale, high-complexity programmes
4. Use data analytics to uncover actionable insights and inform programme strategy via relevant tools (e.g. Power BI)
5. Own and manage end to end operational data for large projects or programmes of work
6. Work with delivery teams to understand status, issues, risks and putting in place mitigation plans
7. Plan, budget creation, management and control using a bespoke suite of programme management tools; including setting up plans, tracking progress, and reporting variances.
8. Liaise with Commercial and Financial Management teams to ensure that programme and corporate finances are aligned and that the Programme is delivering to target
9. Manage internal and client stakeholder relationships
10. Responsible for identifying and driving continuous service improvement and process automation
11. Experience working as part of a project or programme management office (PMO)
12. Adept at managing complex plans and resource profiles over large programmes of work
13. Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
14. Experience of data analytics and tooling e.g. Power BI
15. Experience in driving process automation and continuous service improvement
16. Exceptional communication skills – including verbal, written, and presenting to groups
17. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
18. Proven ability to coach and mentor as part of a large team
19. A keen interest in technology
