I am currently looking for a driven Sourcing Contractor to join a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Sourcing Team for a major organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of onshore BPO engagements, influencing senior leadership and shaping the business's approach to outsourcing.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Leading the full sourcing lifecycle from initial strategy and tendering through to contract award, transition, and management.
* Developing and executing BPO sourcing strategies to drive value and minimize the total cost of ownership.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders, supply chain teams, and supplier management to understand future trends and business priorities.
* Leveraging economies of scale through robust contract negotiations and applying expertise in contractual terms to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
What We Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in strategic sourcing, commercial management, and supplier governance.
* A collaborative leader who can continuously challenge the status quo to optimize speed, efficiency, and quality.
* Standout Requirement: We have a strong preference for candidates with recent experience using the Business Sourcing Process (BSP) and SAP Ariba who can hit the ground running from day one.
