Are you a detail-oriented HR or Payroll professional with a passion for precision and strong administrative skills? We’re looking for two organised and proactive HR & Payroll Administrators to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in HR and payroll administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the smooth running of internal processes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing payroll-critical HR administration data, maintaining the local time and attendance system, and supporting line managers, employees, and the wider HR function. A strong understanding of time and attendance systems, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accuracy are essential.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and administer the company’s time and attendance system (via Google Appsheet).
* Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data, including hours worked, overtime, leave, and absences.
* Act as the first point of contact for time and attendance-related queries.
* Produce regular reports for payroll processing, HR analysis, and management.
* Process payroll inputs and complete associated HR documentation.
* Oversee leave management processes including sickness, annual leave, and parental leave.
* Resolve any data discrepancies and system warnings to ensure clean payroll data.
Qualifications
* Experience: 2+ years in HR or payroll administration.
Required Skills
* Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with time and attendance systems and Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
* Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and validation.
* Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with colleagues at all levels.
* Organisation: Strong multitasking and time management skills.
* Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive employee data confidentially.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with HRIS systems.
* Previous experience in payroll processing.
* Comfortable working with data entry at scale.
