We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to join the People Leadership teamto play an active role in helping develop and implement the plans enabling Wellcome become the best place to work, in support of the delivery of the mission.
Reporting into the Chief People Officer the Head of HR will partner closely with the Executive Committee to influence, develop and drive HR strategies aligned to the functions and across the organisation to enhance organisational performance, employee engagement and talent management.
The Head of HR will be a trusted adviser to Wellcome’s Senior Leaders, providing expert HR guidance, coaching and support, using insight to improve people and organisational outcomes.

* Significant HR partnering experience at Executive/Senior Leadership Team level.
* Expertise in developingand delivering People Strategies for client groups aligned to anorganisationalwide Peoplestrategy.
* Broad and comprehensive experience across all HR disciplines (Reward, ER, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organisational Change).
* Extensive experience working effectively with PeopleCentresof Excellence to deliver and embed key strategic people projects into theorganisation.
* Strong coaching and influencing and relationship management skills andexperience.
* Strong intellect and business acumen, as a full member of the leadership teams, they will need to be able to contribute to the full organisation agenda
