Position: Community Engagement Manager
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
Plan and run community campaigns and member engagement activities for a premium property brand. Organize events, develop partnerships, and manage social media engagement while maintaining strong CRM practices.
About Our Client
Our client is a leading property development company in Hong Kong known for premium residential and commercial projects. They focus on building strong community connections and delivering exceptional experiences to their customers.
Your Responsibilities
Plan and run community campaigns and member engagement activities
Organize online/offline events and activations end-to-end
Develop partnerships with brands and vendors to support campaigns
Manage social media engagement and collect community feedback
Maintain CRM/customer database and provide basic insights and reporting
Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors, manage timelines and ROI
Keep up with digital and community trends and improve processes
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or relevant field
At least 8 years of experience in marketing, public or media relations
Solid experience in community engagement, events, and partnerships preferred
Experience with premium/luxury loyalty programmes, VIP CRM, or affluent customer communities
Familiarity with CRM systems, customer segmentation, and reporting/analytics
Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
