 
        
        Key Responsibilities
 * Manage proactive and reactive obsolescence of components
 * Provide expert advice and guidance on best practice
 * Maintain compliance processes and reporting standards
 * Participate in design reviews, training, and development activities
 * Support or lead international obsolescence initiatives
Required Skills and Experience
 * Proven experience in component obsolescence management
 * Knowledge of BS 62402:2001 compliance standards
 * Strong stakeholder communication skills
 * Ability to produce clear and concise engineering documentation
Desirable Skills
 * Knowledge / experience of tools such as Matrix PLM, SAP, Silicon Expert, IHS etc
 * Previous involvement in international initiatives
