Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Health and Social Care Lecturer to join our team on a casual basis. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support the next generation of health and social care professionals through high-quality, inclusive teaching and learning.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a valued member of the Health, Education and Science team, you will:
* Deliver engaging, inclusive, and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes.
* Contribute to curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to ensure excellence and compliance with programme standards.
* Support student progress, achievement, and progression through effective monitoring, guidance, and use of college systems.
* Participate in recruitment activities such as interviews, Open Days, and Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG) events.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your subject area and in effective digital and classroom pedagogies.
