Join the busy Learning and Development Team and help to ensure the Council workforce has the right skills and knowledge to deliver excellent services for the citizens of Ceredigion.
We are looking for a new team member who can design and deliver engaging learning solutions that meet statutory training needs and support staff development across the Council.
You will lead on digital learning content creation, manage our Learning Management System, and work with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is skilled, compliant, and supported.
