This is a fantastic role for a commercially driven Territory Sales Manager with proven HVAC sales experience, ideally within the commercial market.
The Role – Territory Sales Manager
* Manage and grow HVAC sales across your territory, focusing on commercial HVAC projects and customers.
* Develop strong relationships with HVAC contractors, builders' merchants, and key decision-makers.
* Identify new business opportunities while managing and growing existing HVAC accounts.
The Benefits
* Competitive salary £45,000 - £57,000 depending on experience with performance‑related bonus.
* Company car or car allowance, plus full business expenses.

The Ideal Candidate – Territory Sales Manager
* Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar external sales role within HVAC or building services.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC products, ideally selling into the commercial market.
* Self‑motivated, relationship‑driven, and comfortable managing a large territory.
