Customer Service Administrator Temporary to Permanent Nottingham City Centre £13.50 per hour Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and supportive team based in Nottingham city centre. This is a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for someone looking to showcase their customer service and administration skills in a fast paced environment. It is essential you have previous experience within administration and customer service to be considered for the role. Working as part of the customer service team, you will: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and timely responses. Use internal CRM systems to update records and track customer activity. Process invoices, bills and general account administration accurately. Support account managers with day-to-day tasks and ensure client records are up to date. Assist with reporting, data entry and wider team administration. Were looking for someone who is: Experienced in customer service and administration. Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships. Flexible and adaptable with a proactive approach to work. This is a Temporary position that will be on going up until the end of the year. The role will then be reviewed in 2026 to potentially become permanent.
