About The Role

Please note: This role is for Full Time 40hrs per week on a Fixed Term Contract 9 months Maternity Leave cover.

In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do.

As an Activities Co-ordinator at Brinnington Hall, your responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities that delight Residents, assisting the Home Manager with fundraising events, and encouraging socialisation and engagement based on Residents’ hobbies and interests. You will do all this with kindness and consideration.

HC-One seeks someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, preferably in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, planning, organisational, and IT skills are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
